Education & Outreach - Voice of Drums: Alongside his performance career, Terl was the visionary behind the Psalm Drummer movement of the 1990s, an influential expression of rhythm, faith, and worship that inspired drummers and creative communities internationally. Building on this foundation, he founded Voice of Drums, an initiative specializing in inspirational storytelling, percussion-led workshops and performances for personal, group, and community development. Through this work, he has travelled extensively and led large-scale drum teams at major international venues including Wembley Stadium, Royal Albert Hall, and Olympiastadion Berlin.

Based in West Sussex, Terl continues to record, perform, and develop creative and educational projects.

"Remo has been part of my sound since the early 1980s. Remo’s drum heads are more than a choice to me, they are a collaboration, helping me shape the sound that is a part of my musical legacy. I later discovered Remo’s extensive range of percussion instruments, which I have played and used in countless recording sessions and live shows." -Terl Bryant
