Detroit native Gregg Bissonette, born in 1959, is a chameleon behind the drum kit. A true musical jack-of-all-trades, he's comfortable in genres ranging from jazz and rock to Latin and funk.  Bissonette's drumming career took off in the 1980s, notably with David Lee Roth's solo band.  Since then, he's become a highly sought-after session drummer, lending his talents to artists like Ringo Starr, Spinal Tap, and even the iconic sitcom Friends' musical interludes.  He frequently collaborates with his bassist brother Matt, and his impressive skills have solidified him as one of the most versatile drummers in the industry.
