If you would like to personalize your Remo hand drumheads, we recommend alcohol ink to work well with most of our film types-It dries immediately and doesn’t alter the sound significantly. Sharpie markers will work great too! The heads used on our Bahia Bass drums are vinyl so alcohol ink may not be very visible on this material.  Acrylic and water color have been used successfully, but both will wear over time/use, and acrylic may dampen the tone of the drum.
