Shriners for Children Medical Center in Pasadena teamed up with nonprofit Music Has Healing Power to provide comfort to young patients and give them the opportunity to express themselves with a donation of musical instruments.
REMO Inc. joins Music Has Healing Power (MHHP) in their mission to make music accessible to all and to provide a better life through music, instruments, education, compassion & love. That is why REMO has committed to help MHHP supply 22 Shriners Hospitals with their line of Green and Clean Percussive Instruments for children to cultivate expression and community through rhythmic experiences.

REMO's Board Certified Music Therapist, Arianna Monge and band members from Music Has Healing Power teamed up on International Music Day to provide music for patients and their families at the Shriners for Children Medical Center in Pasadena, Friday, Oct 1, 2021.
The musical instruments will provide a therapy tool during procedures and will serve as a an aid in pain management. Music Therapy has been shown to enhance the quality of life of hospitalized patients, decrease pre-operative fear and anxiety, reduce medical costs, and help achieve physical, communicative and rehabilitative goals.
