Henry Gillard is a Southern California-based percussion educator/arranger. Henry has had extensive performing experience in elite marching percussion ensembles such as the 6 time WGI World Champion RCC Indoor Percussion (2012-2016) and 19 time DCI World Champion Blue Devils Drum and Bugle Corps (2012-2014). Henry was the former Percussion Caption Head at Oregon Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corps (2015-2018) and a former instructor at Dark Sky Percussion (2018-2019).Henry has taught at numerous high school percussion ensembles including Fountain Valley HS, Aliso Niguel HS, Granada Hills Charter HS, Yorba Linda HS, Esperanza HS, Canyon HS and Antelope Valley HS. Currently, Henry is the Percussion Caption Head/Arranger at Vessel Drum and Bugle Corps.
Henry aspires to give top-tier instruction to all of his students, who he hopes will one day achieve their performance goals, as well as do his part in helping evolve the marching activity to greater levels of achievement
