I was sitting around with 8 midlevel supervisors and we were doing the discloser section of HealthRHYTHMS. As one staff member started talking about her feelings for her father who was very ill, others started to share their experiences with a sick loved one. Before the inspirational beats section was completed the whole group was crying and passing around a roll of toilet tissue to share.
