The Valencia Mother Drum Surdo features a powerful, focused, low bass fundamental with minimal overtones. Constructed with an Acousticon® shell, Nuskyn® drumheads and a top-tuning cable system for easy tuning of both drumheads simultaneously. Lightweight and portable, the Valencia Mother Drum Surdo overall weight is only 11 lbs. and is conveniently fitted with two point shoulder strap hook up that enables you to remove strap without making a sound. Ideal for traditional Brazilian and group drumming applications, and is the choice of leading professional percussionists and facilitators. Available in an antique brown finish. Size: 18" x 24".
