The DX-Series Doumbek Renaissance® drumhead is extremely durable under high tension and produces rich tek, doum, and slap tones. For superior sound, durability, and weather resistance, the DX-Series Renaissance drumhead features a 7.5-mil film producing a warm, focused sound. The DX-Series drumheads are manufactured using a thin aluminum crimped hoop that assists in fitting Doumbek and Darbuka drums with a smaller inner dimension counter hoop adding durability under extremely high tension.
