REMO Congratulates Rhythm X on winning the 2008 WGI Independent World Championship
Rhythm X won the gold medal with a score of 96.9 last week at the WGI World championships held in Dayton Ohio from April 17th through the19th.
Led by Remo artists Craig Dunn and Tim Fairbanks, this is their first Championship in Independent World since winning the Independent Open division in 2002 in what was their inaugural year. Their 2008 show entitled “Gone” had many visual effects that literally made the performers disappear into the floor and set design. Remo provided custom graphic bass drumheads which also allowed the bass drums to virtually disappear as well.
Congratulations to the Craig Dunn, Tim Fairbanks, Tim Jackson and the entire staff and members of Rhythm X on an outstanding season.
