Designed for people living with MS and their family members, this brand new group is a wonderful way to have fun, meet new people and talk about living with MS in a creative way. Beth Maldonado, LCSW, a Health Rhythms trained facilitator, will guide you through a unique means to express yourself surrounding the challenges of MS in a supportive environment. No musical experience needed!
