Euro Zambrano is a Venezuelan artist who has made a significant influence in the music industry. Through his virtuosity he has defined a unique and original style.
Born in Maracay, the capital of the state of Aragua, Zambrano began to show great passion for music at an early age. When he was only six years old, he started to learn about Afro-Caribbean percussion instruments thanks to the inspiration and motivation of his brother, Edgar Zambrano, who is one of the nation's leading percussionists. At the age of nine, he began his professional career in local groups in his hometown and two years after he became part of Lilia Vera’s band.
He attended “Ars Nova School of Music” in Caracas, Venezuela under the guidance of professor Maria Eugenia Atilano, where he studied Modern Harmony, Harmony Traditional, Arranged for small formats, Combos to Big Band, Composition, Counterpoint, Orchestration, Piano, Vocal Ensemble, among other subjects. This preparation has allowed him to become producer and arranger of various musical projects.
Thanks to the many musical influences that have defined his artistic growth, Zambrano represents today a unique and original sound through an authentic instrument known as "Batyconga". According to the artist: "The Batyconga was born from the need to experience new independent sounds through the implementation of drum sets and other instruments of percussion ... The sound of the "Batyconga" is special for its combination of elements, which create rhythms that nourish the musical genre that is being addressed.

Euro has not only devoted his career to interpret, execute, produce, and make music, but to coach young artists into their future careers. Over the years, Zambrano has learned the importance of sharing his experience with “new” talents, which has been reflected through the “drum clinics” and workshops which he defines as "the opportunity to share knowledge and experiences that I have gained throughout my career...” These clinics have been taught in several countries en Latin America.
