Julie Corey, BS, LMT, Reiki Master,  has been a professional Drum Circle Facilitator, Teacher, and Performing Musician since 1998.  Julie credits her inspiration for drumming and becoming a drum teacher and drum circle facilitator to the following teachers:  Brooke Medicine Eagle, Linda Heron Wind, Dancing Bear Woman, Rainbow Weaver, Ubaka Hill, Edwina Lee Tyler, Bonnie Devlin, Leaf Miller, Fre Atlast, Babatundi Olatunji, Arthur Hull, Samba Cisse, Moussa Traore, and others.

In the past 5 years, Julie has been facilitating drum circles for the American Cancer Society "Relay for Life" programs, "WE CAN" weekends, as well as with local Breast Cancer Survivor groups.   She was recently trained as a Remo "Health Rhythm's" Facilitator, and hopes to continue to facilitate drumming in health-related environments and wellness programs.   She is currently listed on the NH Arts Council Roster for
"Arts in Health" programs.

Julie also provides monthly programming for Boston University Sargent Center programs, including community drum circles for college groups and staff.

Since 1994, Julie has worked regularly in corporate environments.
It is her desire to bring drumming, community and team building concepts into the corporate environment to the benefit of all employees.
