I completed several first HealthRhythms groups since the class in valencia in Feb 2012. The feedback from everyone in all of the groups has been off the chart. There was an older woman who I wanted to take a picture of as she let her inner child out to play. She moved from her chair to the floor,sitting there with the biggest grin for the entire time as she "played". One woman said "I feel like I let go of as much stress as if I had run for an hour." Everyone says they want to come again...
