I purchased a Remo djembe--14", 25" tall. My drumming instructor said it might be a little too big for me. It was the one I liked in the store. It sounded better than 12" available (and an inch shorter).
So now I wonder if I wasted my money on the tubano. I liked playing it in a class at a music festival. It is even taller than my djembe.
Any advice? Too late to return, and besides, I like it! Maybe just seat cushion?
