Poster some cool old drums

This guy I work with kept telling me he had an old set of Ludwigs he used to play in school. He said his mom went to Jordan Kitt Music in Washington DC, and ordered them. He said he remembered they were shipped to his house in Warrenton. And he was pretty sure this was in 1961 (Billy is 64 years old now)
They had been in his climate controlled basement for years. I told him I would like to check them out, even clean them up for him and put some new heads. So he could sell them or play them or whatever (still don't know what he's going to do with them)
The were in very good shape, just like he described. All he brought so far was the 9x13" and 5x14 Jazz fest snare. He said he had a couple of cymbals he thought were Zildjians, hi hats, 20" ride and an 18" sizzle. Looking forward to seeing those.
