I've downloaded several catalogues, of different kind of stuff, but it will always be the same, you see new stuff, and it looks, pretty cool, and you see your idols, using them, and it seems to swit you, then you buy.
And realize it wasn't that cool in your hands.
We normally test the new stuff, in our case, by hitting them, and listen to the sound they give us, BUT, when you live in the other side of the world, is very difficult for you, to know better about products, without even seeing them. neither "hitting" them.
Recently, sabian and other companies, i have seen, use the sound checker, so as we, the customers, can get a little idea of what we are getting.
I would like to see someday (if i'm wrong please let me know inmedeately) a sound checker for REMO drumheads, and other kind of stuff related, so i can find out better, what suits for me. Since, acording with my drumset, i can be "labeled" as progressive, but i do like blues, pop,(...) and other kind of stuff. if i get, drumheads, that suits better progressive, i might not like them, or made for jazz players (...)
So, i would like to find out which of the new stuff suits for me, so, THERE'S ANYTHING LIKE A SOUND CHECKER FOR DRUMHEADS? WILL IT EVER EXIST?
Thanx
