I'm a lot happier with this setup. Smile See if you can spot the changes I made! hehe.. Also, check out the nice straight line from the throne to the snare to the first two toms, and how a nice "V" shape spreads out going to my hi-hats and ride cymbal too. My snare is the center of the whole thing.... mostly. Smile

A higher angle. I wish I had moved the camera to the right a little. Tongue

I like the angle I captured here. It's too bad I don't have the kit out in the middle of the room or something. Smile This pic was taken about a week or 2 before the others, so I think the snare and "floor tom" are slightly lower in this pic, as well as the throne... and the Jam Blocks. I know, you can't tell. This one sort of "reveals" the basic 4-piece in my setup. But it feels like I'm playing on a double bass kit. I love it.

Ok, I finally took some pictures. I'm still experimenting with the setup. I don't feel comfortable yet but it's just as much how out of drum shape I am as how things are set up. Probably, anyway. I welcome any and all suggestions. Tim, I stretched before I took these pictures.

Any new cymbals I get will be much nicer. But that will probably entail me working a third job so I'm in no hurry.
