here is my kit
it is a peavey international series 2 kit but with clear pinstripes for the batter and ebony ambassadors for the bottom they sound quite good. my bass drum has a powerstroke 4 on the batter and the normal 1 ply peavey head.
my snare is a pearl masters custom snare with a controlled sound batter and snare side ambassador at the bottom.
now you know the heads ill show you a list:
toms: 10 inch, 12 inch, 13 inch and two 16 inch (floor toms)
snare: pearl masters custom: 14 x 6.5
cymbals:
sabian 14 aax stage hats sabian 16 hh thin crash sabian 16 aa thin crash 18 peavey ride 22 paiste rude ride
hardware:
pearl eliminator double pedals, pearl cymbal arm, premier 400 snare stand and yamaha tom stand (converted by me from a cymbal stand)
i am borrowing the aa of my friend and i hope to add some max splashes, and 2nd hat (either 13 or 15 inch), 17 a custom fast crash, 20 hh chinese, k dark/fast crash, 2002 18 china and posibily and ice bell or zill bell. a set of octobans or other side percussion is definately for me to consider
these are open to me to find different cymbals or setups as i become more experienced learning more about drums and what i want out of a kit

I had too much energy tonight after rehearsal to crash, so took down the Yamahas, and set this up in its place. Never had them all together before, and don't know how long I'll keep it, but man, is it cool!
Too bad it's too late to really wail. But tomorrow.......

For those who are interested:
Drums (Gretsch) 8x8,8x10, 8x12, 9x13, 10x14, 12x15, 12x16, 14x22. 6.5x14 Legend bronze.
Cymbals (all A Zildjian except where noted): 12" Oriental trash splash, 14" light hats, 16" thin crash, 10" splash, 14" Wuhan china, 18" thin crash, 22" medium ride, 20" swish, 18" sizzle.
Yeehah!
The presence of those seeking the truth is infinitely preferable to the presence of those who think they've found it. - Terry Pratchett
