So every once in a while a bunch of us will get together to hang out and have some beers and play some music and every once in a while, it's in a place with some recording equipment setup and ready to go...
Here's a recording of a tune I played on... The drums are a set of old Gretsch Catalinas that have been beat til death with a bunch of rock gigs... But the snare is Seth's 14X5.25 Maple which i didnt want to give back... haha. The cymbals were amazing. It was this other drummer who was hanging out that night. The one which i absolutely loved was the 22" Spizzichino... omg... just beautiful... Funny thing was I had played that cymbal quite a few times in my lessons. It was one of my teachers that he sold to the dude... haha
