hello I was wondering if anyone had any advice for sixteenth note triplets our marching band is playing hot chocolate from the polar express and theres quite a few in there and mine right now are just sounding like rolls

Do you know what a "run-on" sentence is and what punctuation is for? Oops... that's old school stuff, isn't it? well u know dude im like trying to make sense out of what wuz written know wot i mean lol

But - and correct me if I'm wrong, but if you play triplets really fast, it IS a roll?
accent the first beat of the triple to distinguish it.
